Architect Dunthorne Parker has submitted a detailed planning application on behalf of an unnamed client for a £1.3m resi scheme in Ealing.
The scheme involves the demolition of the rear and side extensions of Servite House and an outbuilding at the rear of the site, and the construction of a terrace of 6 two and three storey, five bedroom houses, and a 2, 3 and 4 storey rear extension which will form, together with the remaining refubished buulding 18 flats with integral garaging.
