Ducane Housing Association have submitted plans for a 31 home development on the site of a former service station on Ducane Road in Shepherds Bush.
The plans, designed by Levitt Bernstein Associates, would involve the construction of a part three, part five storey building containing 31 flats 40% of which would be affordable. The scheme has been designed to meet with Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
