Dormers Wells plans approved

LB Ealing’s plans for a 60 home development in Dormers Wells have been approved.

The plans, designed by Levitt Bernstein Associates for the site of Cromer Court and Lytham Court, on Dormers Rise, involve the demolition of the existing buildings, including the stairwell serving the southern part of Portrush Court, and the construction of four rows of 22 three-storey terraced houses, four co-joined houses, and a six storey block of 34 flats.

The scheme has been designed to meet with Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
