Dominvs Group have submitted detailed plans for a 493 home development on the Euro House site in Wembley.
The AHMM designed plans for the site on Fulton Road involve the demolition of the existing industrial building and the redevelopment of the site to provide new buildings ranging between 11 and 21 storeys containing 493 flats of which 98 would be affordable, as well as retail and industrial space.
The development has been designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.
