Dollis Hill House hit by fire, again

The historic Dollis Hill House has been hit by fire again.

The derelict house, once home to Mark Twain, has been victim of several arson attacks over the years, and has been derelict for some time. LB Brent recently approved plans to demolish it – albeit reluctantly – as they can no longer afford the cost of keeping it in its present state of decay, or the £5m cost of renovating it.
