Discovery recommits to West London

Discovery has renewed its lease on 100,000 sq ft at Chiswick Park.

The global media company has agreed a new long term lease. Discovery has had a significant presence at Chiswick Park for more than 12 years.

This deal is a major milestone for Chiswick Park, demonstrating its continued relevance as a dominant media cluster in London as it retains and attracts a new wave of diverse occupiers.

“We are committed to giving our guests the workspaces they need to be at their best and enhance their productivity. The success of our guest companies is our success. Discovery is a prime example of the strong business relationship built over the last 14 years. We look forward to continuing this journey together at Chiswick Park,” said Matt Coulson, CEO, Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work.

Chiswick Park is also home to companies including QVC, Pernod Ricard, IMG, Starbucks, CBS, Paramount, Danone and Sony.

Made up of 12 buildings, Chiswick Park brings together over 9,000 workers and benefits from its on-site property management team, Enjoy-Work, who are responsible for overseeing and performing the daily operations of the campus as well as running a programme of regular activities and concierge services dedicated to the guests. At the heart of the ‘Enjoy-Work’ philosophy is the belief that supporting and engaging individuals first is the key to productive and engaged employees.

Developed in 1999 and a pioneer in the industry, Chiswick Park is constantly evolving. The Park houses over 45,000 sq ft of retail space including an on-site gym, restaurants, a convenience store and regular pop-up street-food vendors. The business campus also has its own app designed exclusively as a key tool to connect the Chiswick Park community.
