St George have opened the marketing office for their Dickens Yard development.
The development, partly on a former builders yard, will ultimately offer 698 new homes as well as shops, cafes and restaurants. It is hoped the plans will provide a catalyst for the regeneration of Ealing Broadway, a shot in the arm for the retail offer.
The marketing suite is at The Old Fire Station, and opened last weekend. Building is scheduled to finish by the end of 2012. Prices start at £290,000 for a one-bedroom apartment rising to £1.3million for a three-bedroom penthouse.
