Located adjacent to the Hammersmith & City line station and immediately to the north of the Broadway, the site currently used as a surface car park will be transformed into two office buildings designed by BFLS and totaling 275,000sq ft of modern space. There will also be a provision of high quality restaurants and cafes and the creation of significant new public open space.
