DevSec submit revised Hammersmith Grove plans

hammersmith groveDevelopment Securities has submitted revised plans to the LB Hammersmith & Fulham for the Hammersmith Grove NCP site in the heart of the town centre.

The development plans, designed by BFLS include modern office space of 270,000 sq ft in two buildings, provision of high quality restaurants and cafes, a new town library and the creation of significant new public open space.

Simon Hesketh, Development Securities said: “We are very pleased with the design of these two buildings, which will enable a phased development of this important town centre site. Our proposals have evolved with the benefit of detailed and ongoing consultation with planning officers and forums as well as residents and interest groups and the local community and we believe that the revised scheme will be well received by the occupier market.”
