Development Securities are reported o be closeto securing fuding for their Hammersmith Grove scheme.
The developer’s Interim Statement says they are in “advanced discussions” over funding, while reports suggest Scottish Widows are the investor concerned.
The DevSec statement also says they expect planning consent soon, and to start work on the site in the second half of 2011.
