BS Pension Fund has submitted detailed plans for a £7m mixed use development.
The scheme comprises demolition of the commercial units situated at Alpine House, and their replacement with three four-storey blocks and 1 five-storey block. These contain 120 self-contained flats, 1,823m2 of commercial floorspace (use class B1) and 5 live/work units, with assocated car-parking spaces, bicycle and bin storage.
