Daiichi Sankyo head for Uxbridge

Japan’s second largest pharmaceutical company, Daiichi Sankyo, has signed a lease for a new UK headquarters at Uxbridge Business Park.

The company will move in to 10,800 sq ft in Building 4, which is owned by Arlington. It is relocating from Gerrards Cross as part of a strategy to “take the business to the next level”.

Arlington say they have invested substantially in the park environment to support occupiers in attracting and retaining talent. Other occupiers include Amgen, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Mondelez, Xerox and Lifescan.
