Laboratory and industrial technology company Cryogenic is taking a fifth unit at SEGRO’s Acton Park Industrial Estate.
Cryogenic currently occupies Units 29, 30, 31 and 32 at the Estate. The technology company has now secured a further 5,242 sq ft, at Unit 26, taking a lease for just over 11 years.
Jeremy Good, Managing Director of Cryogenic Limited said: “Securing our fifth unit at Acton Park Industrial Estate allows us to design and manufacture a greater range of scientific projects for our growing international customer base. The flexible leasing terms and high quality units, allow us to continue to grow our business at Acton Park Industrial Estate.”

The Acton Park Estate is approximately one mile from the A40 with a frontage onto The Vale.
