Comer refused at NLB Park

Comer Homes’ revised plans to increase the number of homes in their redevelopment of the North London Business Park have been refused.

The plans would have produced 1,350 homes in buildings of eight or nine storeys, as well as a five form secondary school, a gym, open space and improvements to transport.

Councillors were concerned about the density of the scheme, which proposed 150 more homes than previously planned.
