The Collective has instructed agents to sell its Old Oak co-living development
The 550-bed building on Oak Lane is expected to sell for more than £100m. It’s understood that the company would use the money to fund further developments.
It pioneered the co-living concept, where tenants have a small private space, and shared living areas with other tenants as well as facilities such as a gym and library. The Collective also has properties in Camden, Hyde Park and Notting Hill.
