Coca Cola office nears sale

The former Coca Cola offices in Hammersmith have gone under offer by Brockton Capital and Landid, it is reported.

CoStar reports Brockton and Landid have got to the front of the queue to buy the 80,000 sq ft 1 Queen Caroline Street building, seen as a redevelopment opportunity, for around £30m.

Coca-Cola decided last year to move out of Hammersmith, with some staff going to the West End, and others to the companies Uxbridge building.
