Coca Cola looks at move out of Hammersmith

Coca Cola is reported to be looking at a move away from its present Hammersmith base.

CoStar reports that the drinks company has appointed CBRE to review options for an 80,000 sq ft headquarters in London’s West End.

Coca Cola occupies around that amount of space at 1 Queen Caroline Street on Hammersmith Broadway at present. Should the move go ahead, and reports suggest there is no more than a feasibility study being done at present, it would leave a substantial hole in the Hammersmith office market.

It may have been prompted by a recent 25% fall in West End office take-up, which is making central London space more affordable.
