CNWL to sell buildings

The College of North West London is planning to sell two of its four buildings to raise funds.

The college has one of its four main buildings on the market, and is planning to bring another one forward.

The Kilburn Campus, which is already on the market with Knight Frank for around £8m, won an RIBA Award when it opened in 2007, but closed in 2009. Arena House, in Wembley, is understood to be coming to the market once refurbishments are complete elsewhere.

Paul Skitt, head of business development and marketing at the college, told the Kilburn Times: “The plan is to reinvest the money from the sale of the Kilburn campus into the Willesden building.
