CLS Holdings has announced the disposal of Chancel House in Neasden.
Chancel House has been sold to the Department of Communities and Local Government on behalf of the Education Funding Agency for £18.7 million.
Chancel House provides 74,700 sq ft of office space with 189 on-site car parking spaces. 56% of the building is let to Trillium on behalf of the Department of Works and Pensions with 44% of the property vacant.
The EFA has acquired the site to provide educational services in the London Borough of Brent.
