CLS Holdings has sold the half empty Cambridge House in Hammersmith.
The building, 100 Cambridge Grove, was sold for £29.5 million. CLS say this is an uplift of 65 % over the half year 2013 external valuation and 32% over the year end external valuation. The 50% vacant building is described as “a development site”.
Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman of CLS, said: This is evidence of the continuing strength of the London market”.
