CLS Group says its planning application for a 143,000 sqm scheme at Vauxhall Square is progressing well in its Interim Management Statement. They also say demolition is well under way at their student and hotel scheme in Spring Mews.
The Group says the planning application for the mixed use proposal for Vauxhall Square is expected to go to planning committee with a recommendation for approval before the year end.
They say the Spring Mews development is progressing according to plan, with demolition due for completion before the end of the year and piling work due to start early in the New Year. They say they are in discussions with a number of operators to manage the hotel.
The Vauxhall Square development is in the Vauxhall Nine Elms regeneration zone.
Executive Chairman of CLS, Sten Mortstedt, commented: “We are adding value through the planning and development process, particularly in the Vauxhall regeneration zone in London.”
