Northwood based Clearview Homes have submitted plans for a £1.9m development on Harrowdene Road, while Bouygues have a scheme on Empire Way.
The Clearview scheme is APT Partnership designed and involves demolition of the buildings at 114-118, and their replacement with three two-and-three storey containing a total of 31 self contained flats, and 2 houses.
Meanwhile Bouygues have submitted plans for 84 flats in an eight storey building on the Ada Lewis House site at 1-99 Empire Way.
