Clearview Homes’ application to build 33 residential units in Wembley has been approved.
The £2.7m scheme is designed by the APT Partnership, and involves the demolition of the existing four residential units at 114 – 118 Harrowdene Road, and their replacement with three two-to-three storey buildings providing a 31 self contained flats and two houses, along with associated car parking spaces and landscaping area. A new access will also be formed onto Harrowdene Road.
