Blackstone is set to begin speculative development of the Building 7 at Chiswick Park, after shelving plans for a sale.
The 330,000 sq ft, 12 storey, £80m final office building at Chiswick Park will be the largest one there. It will be built by contractor Lend Lease and development manager Stanhope, with work due to start in March with completion at the end of 2014.
This is the latest in a rash of spec developments in west London, including 440 Link, Central Park Royal, Hammersmith Grove, and Origin.
