Blackstone has signed two more deals for its Chiswick Park business park in Gunnersbury to dd to the recent signing of US co-working operator Venture X.
As a result, there is just 12,000 sq ft remaining unlet space at the 334,000 sq ft Building 7
The 15,000 location will be the first in the UK for Venture X. The other two deals – with Fox News and Pharma Review – are smaller, for around 3,000 sq ft. British American Tobacco is to move to the top floor, while Pernod Ricard, Danone, HH Saudi and CGTN already occupy space there.
Blackstone retained Building 7 when they sold the rest of the 1.8m sq ft park to China Investment Corporation (CIC) for around £780m in 2014.
