Chiswick High Road building sold

DTZ Investors has sold 326-334 Chiswick High Road to Farm Street Capital for £11.6m.

The multi-let building contains two retail units and nine flats, currently for private rent. The shops are let to Robert Dyas and Boot.

Farm Street say they aim to purchase prime, well-located assets on short leases. Both retailers in the Chiswick building are in sectors thought to be resilient to COVID, and outer London locations – local high streets – are expected to benefit from working from home and a trend to ‘shop local’.
