Chelsea Harbour Drive gets consent

Harbour_Ave_Lots_Road_CGI_432_tcm21-178443The Chelsea Harbour Drive (Harbour Avenue) decision notice was issued on July 2, following the signing of a legal agreement.

The plans had been awarded resolution to grant consent on 12th March, subject to no objection from the Mayor of London, and the completion of a legal agreement.

The plans for the redevelopment of land bounded by Harbour Avenue and Chelsea Harbour Drive, will provide new apartments, shops, cafes and restaurants as well as car and cycle parking and improved public realm.

The works will involve the erection of a twelve storey building containing retail showrooms and restaurant/cafe uses at ground floor level, with 89 flats on the upper floors, the formation of a new public plaza adjacent to Chelsea Creek, and a link to the Thames Side Path.
