Chancerygate have obtained permission for a 29-unit industrial scheme in Uxbridge.
The £3.5m scheme had been previously refused by LB Hillingdon, but has now been approved on appeal. The DCM designed development will add 29 units to the Uxbridge Industrial Estate.
It’s understood that Buxton Group, and London & Southampton Contractors are bidding for the main contract.
