Chancerygate have been granted approval for a three-unit industrial scheme in Southall.
Planning consent has been secured for a 50,000 sq ft warehouse and industrial scheme at Great Western Industrial Park, on Dean Way. All units have been pre-sold to existing Chancerygate clients prior to planning approval being received and works have now started on site with completion scheduled for September.
