Catalyst Housing Group have submitted £1.5m plans for a scheme on Staines Road.
The scheme at 343-353 Staines Road involves redevelopment of the site to provide 18 residential units including 4 houses and a three storey block of 14 flats. The scheme also includes provision for a biomass boiler and allotments.
