Catalyst Housing Group has been chosen by Brent Council to deliver another phase of the South Kilburn regeneration programme.
They will deliver 208 new homes designed by Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands Architects, 122 of for social rent, and 86 properties will be for sale. Catalyst will provide 15 construction related training apprenticeships for local residents.
Andrew Donald, director of regeneration and major projects for Brent Council, said: ‘The new homes have been designed to an exceptionally high quality and will create a fantastic place to live.”
