Catalyst Capital has bought Kings House in Hammersmith, an office block formerly occupied by Haymarket Media.
Catalyst paid a reported £50m for the 58,000 sq ft seven-storey office to Kier Property and Investec which is let to a range of occupiers including Work.Life, 4C Associates, Zaizi HyperOptic and SailGP.
