The plans to turn the derelict Wealdstone pub into flats is still alive, at least until the inspector rules.
LB Harrow had refused permission for Fruiton Properties to build a 24 flat development at the pub site last year. The developer appealed, and that was heard last week, reports the Harrow Times. The inspector's decision is awaited.
