Cargiant buys in Wembley

Cargiant has acquired a Wembley shed currently let to H&M as part of its plan to redevelop its Old Oak site.

Cargiant has paid a reported £38m to Prologis for the warehouse, currently let to retailer H&M. It is understood that it would use the 140,000 sq ft facility to house businesses that would be displaced by its plans to redevelop its site next to the proposed HS2/Crossrail interchange at Old Oak Common into 9,500 homes.
