Carey United submit Fulham plans

United House and former St George director Tony Carey have submitted detailed plans for a 36 home development in Fulham.

The plans, designed by Paul Brookes Architects for the site of the former Sunberry Day Centre, at 147 Stevenage Road, involves the demolition of the former day care centre and the construction of five four storey townhouses  and 31 apartments in an attached four and five storey building.

The scheme has been designed to meet with Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
