Capital West London has been shortlisted for a prestigious industry award.
The trailblazing programme – uniting the West London boroughs of Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon and Hounslow, to promote inward investment to a global audience – is in the running for The Irvine Sellar Award at the Property Awards.
Sponsored by WSP, The Irvine Sellar Award celebrates an entrepreneurial individual or company that has shaken up the market in the past year with a ground-breaking project or initiative.
Capital West London, that was launched by White Label Creative early last year, is up against some stiff competition, including: Appear Here, BizSpace, CREation Property Network, Innovation Gateway, Quinn Estates, The Collective and U+I.
Indeed, with a record number of entries for the awards this year, getting shortlisted is a big achievement in itself. The Property Awards, run by Property Week, are the UK’s leading and most prestigious annual awards dedicated to the full spectrum of the commercial property industry.
The final decision will be announced at a Gala Dinner at Grosvenor House on April 24.
