Capital and Counties, who are the developer behind the Earls Court regeneration plan, has posted strong results in a confident market update.
In the six months to the end of June net asset value has risen 4%. CapCo said its total property value had risen by 2.9 per cent to £1.5 billion. This was despite the value of its Earls Court and Olympia holdings being downgraded by 3.1 per cent, a revaluation which does not take the site’s development potential into account.
