In a broadly positive statement for the period January to May 2014, Capital & Counties has revealed sales progress at Lillie Road, and growth of events at Olympia.
Capco say the first phase of Lillie Square has sold well, with 204 of the 213 units initially released now reserved or exchanged totalling over £200 million of sales, with pricing on individual units achieving up to £1,885 per square foot.
Construction of phase 1 is on track to start in summer this year and a £130 million debt facility to fund these costs is expected to be signed shortly.
Meanwhile ts 2014 exhibitions to move to Olympia in 2015, including major shows such as The London Book Fair and the Ideal Home Show.
