BSkyB is reported to be close to signing for space at London & Regional’s First Central Development in Park Royal.
Reports suggest BSkyB will sign for 160,000 sq ft in the development on the site of the former Guinness brewery sports ground. Diageo is already based on the site in the 150,000 sq ft 7HQ building. Plans to build out the remainder of the site, a joint venture between developer London & Regional and landowner Diageo, have been on hold pending signing tenants.
