Brunel Business School has won the Times Higher Education Awards Business School of the Year 2013.
The award caps a dramatic period of change for the School which last year moved premises to the new £28 million Eastern Gateway Building and recently revamped its curriculum and student recruitment policies.
The judges commented: “The School has been able to demonstrate, without being boastful, genuinely impressive progress towards achieving a set of transformational strategic targets.
“It has taken significant steps towards its ambition of being a genuinely international quality business school.”
Professor Zahir Irani, Head of School, who was overseas as part of a delegation to Kazakhstan, added: “This award is a significant recognition that our focus on striving to provide quality teaching, research and student experience has, and is, having an impact. As such, we are committed to focusing on improving student employability and graduate outcomes. Congratulations to all who have contributed to this success.”
