SEGRO has announced three lettings at the West Cross Industrial Estate, Brentford, totalling more than 35,000 sq ft of space.
Contemporary designer furniture company Graham & Green have signed a 10 year lease on a 22,582 sq ft unit. Joining Graham & Green is Lux Automotive Limited, a Mercedes Benz approved vehicle repair company aimed at prestige cars and sports cars, which has agreed a five year lease for a 4,553 sq ft unit.
Finally, Adrem Contracts Limited, which provides property maintenance services across the Greater London area, has signed a yearlong lease for a 9,766 sq ft unit.
Jamie Graham of Graham and Green said “Because our online presence is growing quickly, investment in the right warehousing site was crucial. The site in West Cross has the space we require to plan for the future as well as additional security, good access to our stores in Notting Hill & Primrose Hill and minutes from the motorway networks, allowing for faster deliveries to and from our suppliers and to our customers, we felt this was the right place to be.”
