Brent opens new Willesden Library consultation

Brent Council and its partner Galliford Try is to display new early illustrations of the revised plans for the proposed Willesden Green Cultural Centre.

Developer Galliford Try withdrew the planning application for the cultural centre in July after deciding to allow more time for engagement activities following comments from local people regarding the demolition of the old library.

The partners will show new plans which will include examples of how the old library may be retained as part of the new building.
