Brent jazzes up skills

Brent Council are to launch a new three week course teaching business skills to young people through jazz music.

The course, for 16-24 year olds not in employment in the Kilburn, Brondesbury and Queens Park areas, is called¬†Jazz Alive and is organised by the Jazz Alive social enterprise, in association with Brent’s Ward Working Team.¬†The programme mixes life skills, business training and music improvisation to help young people start their own creative enterprise or business.
