Hammerson’s Brent Cross Cricklewood regeneration, which could provide over 7000 homes, is expected to clear the final planning hurdle in October.
Reports suggest a section 106 agreement could be signed next month, and the scheme be granted full planning permission by Barnet Council. Post General Election, Eric Pickles reversed that decision, and he and the Mayor of London allowed Barnet to make their own determination.
