Brent Brexit sessions

SMEs from across Brent are being offered a free Brexit Support Session.

It is one in a series of workshops running across the capital, organised by the London Growth Hub (and delivered by BrexitHelp.net) over the coming months, to help SMEs to become more resilient to the risks associated with changes to our relationship with the European Union following Brexit.

The Navigating Brexit for SMEs sessions cover new requirements when employing EU staff; how Brexit will impact on import/exports; and changes to contracts and insurance.

Councillor Shama Tatler, Lead Member for Regeneration, Highways & Planning at Brent Council, said: “Brent Council is committed to supporting small businesses in the borough during this time of uncertainty. I hope as many SMEs as possible attend this event to gain vital information on how to Brexit-proof their business.”

The event will take place on Monday 29 April, 9am-12noon, at Brent Civic Centre.
