LB Brent has adopted the Wembley Masterplan drawn up to guide the development of the area.
The masterplan includes a new retail high street running north and a new civic centre for the Council as well as further hotels, conferencing facilities, cafes, bars and new offices on the site, which is mainly owned by Quintain. It includes provision for 10,000 new homes, and the same number of new jobs.
