Plans to convert a grade-II listed dairy farm into new homes have been approved.
The plans, by the private owners of Braziers Farm, in Kenton Lane, will provide more than 30 new homes at the former milk production site, which dates from 1808. They would involve the demolition of some recent storage buildings and alterations to the grade II listed farmhouse and outbuildings.
Officers at Harrow Council recommended approval despite an objection from English Heritage. The approval is conditional on the signing of a Section 106 agreement.
