Boyer plans for Palace Wharf approved

The Henry Boyer Trust’s plans for a redevelopment of Palace Wharf have been approved.

The plans involve the demolition of industrial buildings on the site and their replacement with five houses, in parallel with the refurbishment of the main wharf building as 22 apartments.

The plans will also restore a portion of Thames-side path open to the public, helping, along with other developments like the expansion of Craven Cottage, reopen the riverside from Hammersmith to Putney Bridge.
