Boris agrees cop-shop sell off

The Mayor of London has approved the sale of Willesden Green and Kingsbury police stations.

The Mayor has agreed that Willesden Green Police Station in Willesden High Road, and Kingsbury Police Office in The Mall, can be sold by the end of the financial year.

Both buildings have been labelled as unsuitable for modern policing, and are under-occupied and costly for the police to run.
