BNB Developments’ plans for a redevelopment of Nash House in Park Royal have been approved.
The empty office block on Old Oak Lane will be demolished and replaced with a mixed use development of around 14,000sqm containing 323 student bedrooms, as well as office, retail and community space.
The outline plans approved were designed by Tate Hindle Design. Montagu Evans acted on planning.
